Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders within India valued at Rs. 1500 or above. Orders below Rs. 1500 are subject to a shipping charge that would be calculated at the payment page.

Please refer to the product description for shipping timelines.

Please expect delivery between 5-6 days as these items are made to order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Quirky Keepsakes is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Quirky Keepsakes. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Quirky Keepsakes, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return / Refund / Replacement

Always record a video of the package while unpacking. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at quirkykeepsakesbyvj@gmail.com with the video & images of the damaged item within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the damage has occured during shipping. No returns or refunds without damaged product's video & images.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible for freebies or customized products.

Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please mail us at quirkykeepsakesbyvj@gmail.com for cancellation request within 24 hours from date of order.
No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed

For products that are not customised,

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

NOTE: The company has rights to cancel any order with their discretion. You will be provided a refund or credits to the website accordingly, as per the case.
